Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policies and charges:

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground

  • Canadian Orders
  • Most orders received by noon EST are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday)

Sales Tax:

  • Canadian Orders are subject to provincial sales tax and GST. The amounts are calculated for orders automatically by the location shipped to.
  • US Orders are not subject to provincial sales tax or GST (except for GST on shipping)
  • International Orders: are not subject to provincial sales tax or GST (except for GST on shipping)

Product Returns:

  • Returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of shipment
  • Product must be in excellent unused condition, in the original packaging
  • Returns are subject to 30% restocking fee
  • Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge
  • Products are to be returned to M&L Testing at customers expense
